Live-In Care & Support

Rising and Retiring | Assistance with personal hygiene and grooming, including bathing and hair washing | Continence management | Assistance with mobility, walking, transferring | Assistance with maintaining hydration and nutrition, cooking, meal preparation | Medication support and monitoring | Palliative & End of Life care | Reablement and Enablement | Support with social and community interaction | Household management, including light domestic duties and shopping.

Our Services

Our Individual Support Plans are built around you, created by our highly trained Support Managers and with full input from you and your family. We offer our care & support services to many individuals, including older people, people with physical disabilities, people with sensory loss (including those with dual sensory impairment), people with mental health issues, people with learning disabilities and people with terminal illnesses.

Care & Support Staff

All our staff have an enhanced DBS, two valid and verified references, above mandatory training and are supervised and quality monitored to ensure the care & support given is safe, caring, responsive, effective and that we, Multi-Care Community Services Ltd, are well-led.
